These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScoreTab mobile application ("App") operated by Techde ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreTab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ScoreTab is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Track scores for various games and matches in real-time
• Create and manage match data
• Sync match data across devices (with Google Sign-In)
• View match history and statistics
• Share match results

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may sign in with your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Tier and Usage Limits

ScoreTab offers a free tier with the following limitations:

• Free users can create up to 5 matches without signing in
• To create unlimited matches and sync across devices, you must sign in with Google
• We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The App, including all content, features, functionality, source code, and design, is owned by Techde and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of the match data you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data to provide the service.

6.3 Trademarks

"ScoreTab" and related logos are trademarks of Techde. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the App. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable service:
